In order to make many of the objects that occupy the worlds of my art, animation and VR environments, as well as to preserve historic artifacts; I start by collecting thousands of images using a variety of camera sensors, which I then pull into software like Reality Capture or sometimes mobile apps like Polycam to create high quality photogrammetry models. I then edit these models using a variety of applications ranging from Blender to the Substance suite. Using software like Postshot, I am also able to use the data collected to create photo realistic Gaussian Splat models.
